State Garfield 1-25 HD1 fresh water tank

This well will use 5.5-6 million gallons to complete. Those tanks are filled before the process starts and the pit is also topped off.

So that means they withdrawal 1.7 million gallons before fracturing even starts. That is about what they had on the surface ready to go at Oliver 1-1 as well.

State Garfield 1-25 HD1  fresh water tank

Fresh water well running continuous to fill pit and keep frac tanks filled. The well is in tight hole status(confidential) so no info is available, but I counted the frac tanks and I have a real good idea the capacity of this pit.

These are the pumps that are responsible for pulling the water from the pit and keeping the frac tanks filled

The grey trailers on the left side in the photo are used to handle the sand.

Frack tank video for State Garfield 1-25 HD1 (Former State Garfield 1-36)

Video is in 2 parts because the iphone only allows so much in an email I guess….and I didn’t have my new camera with me.

Did not expect to find this today.

This activity was very much like when Excelsior 1-25 was fractured in Nov.2011.

The sand is being sent into the mix in  this photo…it seems to be a different sand that was used in Excelsior 2-25 & 3-25 but very similar to 1-25.

I will find out what the difference is.
